Prosecution
In the event the “LESSEE” refuses to leave the property or to pay the due rental fees or other monetary obligations, we take legal action on our client’s behalf before the competent tribunal, so that it may examine the issue of delinquency in payment of the “LESSEE” and rule in our client’s favor. 
We cordially approach the “LESSEE”, depending on the case, to request the due payment or to leave the property in order to avoid a legal procedure that will imply time and money for both parties.

Extrajudicial efforts prior to legal process
Our Lease Contract is constructed with the purpose of protecting you against any failure of the “LESSEE” to meet its obligations, but above all, against the Domain Extinction Law, which deals with the loss of the right of a property when it is linked to unlawful acts.
